What should you do to stage your home before you sell it? While staging an entire home is complicated, today, we’ll cover staging your living room.

Recently, we staged a listing with a beautiful fireplace. One of the key principles of staging is to highlight key features. If your living space has a wonderful fireplace or other centerpiece, make it the star of your show. Next, we removed clutter from potential storage space to show how much room there really was. Finally, we added pillows and other comfort items to help buyers feel at home in the area.
