Right now, our market has about 2.9 months of housing inventory. The list-to-sales-price ratio is 99%, and the median days on market is 23 days.
These numbers mean that we’re still in a seller’s market. Homes are selling quickly, and sellers are getting their asking prices. In fact, some sellers are still receiving multiple offers.
