Explore the charm of Lakeview and three reasons why I love living here.
I’ve been to a lot of places here in Chicago, and all of them have their charm and beauty. But today, let me talk about one of my favorite Chicago neighborhoods, Lakeview. Here are three of the things that I love about Lakeview:
1. A welcoming neighborhood. Lakeview embraces diversity. It has a welcoming atmosphere that respects who you are, where you’re from, or how you identify.
2. Vibrant restaurants, activities, and shops. You will run out of activities to do and food to try. From Broadway, Halstead, Clark, and Sheffield to the Southport Corridor, you’ll find something that you will enjoy, whether it’s food, an event, or shops to go to. If you are a foodie, I recommend trying out two of my favorite restaurants, Chilam Balam and Tango Sur.
3. Chicago’s Lakefront. Enjoy the scenic Chicago lakefront, where you can enjoy outdoor activities like biking, walking, and sailing. You can go alone or with friends and family to relax and have quality time together.
